Q - What is a Concierge?

A - Many people believe a Concierge is just someone who holds the door for you, carries your luggage in a Hotel or the person you call for help in a Hotel.  However, a personal Concierge is more like a personal assistant for busy individuals.  We take care of tasks that you are too busy to take care of.


Q - Are you licensed?

A - Yes!   


Q - How did you come up with the name Redy2Assist?

A - We felt that ready to assist best described our mission to help others.  As for the spelling of the name... we dropped the "a" from ready so that we could get a dot com domain.  The domain name was created first, then the business was formed, thus keeping the original spelling of the domain name.
